Moving Out
Moving In
The last step in our moving process is the final walk through with the client. During the walk through, the workmanship is inspected to ensure that the project is complete. Any issues found are added to a punch list and addressed immediately.

Moving Out
- Protecting the floor with masonite to guard against floor damage when moving the furniture from the building
- Blanket wrapping the elevators to guard against damage in or to the elevator
- Providing commercial bins for moving (by request)
- Breaking down modular cubicle workstations
- Blanket wrapping furniture to guard against damage
- Loading moving trucks with all furniture and items to be moved to the new location
- Removing debris from the old environment
- Disposing of unwanted furniture and/or cubicle workstations
Moving In
- Protecting the floor with masonite to guard against floor damage when moving the furniture into the new building
- Blanket wrapping the elevators to guard against damage in or to the elevator
- Unwrapping and installing furniture according to the new floor plan
- Installing modular cubicle workstations according to the new floor plan
- Placing commercial bins and/or containers packed with personal or company items in their appropriate areas as labeled and identified by the new floor plan
- Hanging and leveling artwork
- Continually removing debris from the work area to ensure a clean job site
- Conducting internal inspections to ensure all is move-in-ready and in working order; e.g. electric is working, keys are located in locks, surfaces are wiped down, floor is vacuumed
