Whether installing a single workstation or an entire building, low or floor-to-ceiling panels, our team of professional installers are experienced in handling all major modular furniture systems such as: AIS, Allsteel, Haworth, Herman Miller, Hon, KI, Kimball International, Knoll, Marvel, Paoli, Steelcase, Teknion, and Trendway. 
SFS Services include:
  • receipt and inspection of product on site
  • flooring protected with masonite and elevators blanketed when moving product
  • installation of standard and floor-to-ceiling panel systems
  • workstation customizations including cut-to-fit desktops, grommet holes, etc.
  • internal inspection to ensure site is move-in-ready and all is in working order; e.g. electric is working, keys are located in locks, surfaces are wiped down, floor is vacuumed
  • final walk through with the client to inspect workmanship and ensure project is complete and/or make punch list for final adjustments.

SFS provides modular furniture reconfiguration services to help clients adjust their office environments as business needs change.  Our reconfiguration services include deconstruction of the existing modular systems and reconstruction using existing and/or new components in the new configuration. 

Commercial Relocation

​Moving a business while minimizing disruption can be a complex endeavor.  There are many things to consider and team members to coordinate.  SFS' specialty is handling office furniture systems and case goods.  We work with the designated project manager to quickly and effectively do our part to ensure a careful and efficient move .  SFS services include: 
  • hanging and leveling of artwork
  • workstations disassembly
  • casegoods wrapped for protection
  • flooring protected with masonite and elevators blanketed when transporting product to and from building
  • loading and unloading trucks
  • workstation assembly
  • casegoods placed and installed according to new floor plan
  • personal and common area containers placed in appropriate areas as labeled on container and new floor plan
  • debris continually removed to ensure clean job site
  • internal inspections to ensure all is move-in-ready and in working order; e.g. electric is working, keys are located in locks, surfaces are wiped down, floor is vacuumed
